All of us as members of a society have equal access to Time during each day. The point which differs us from each other is how we manage time. Generally, in developing countries time has lower value and importance in compare with importance of time in developed countries. In cases, where people from developing countries migrate to developed countries, it is a big issue for them to adopt to their new life style. In developed countries, the life is machinated. Most aspects of life are supervised with computerized machines.
In some places like in State of California, every resident should have access to his/her personal car. If not, life will become miserable for him/her. Because, the life is highly machinated and to access to most of places, using public transportation is not possible. In such communities, the resident should be able to adopt him/herself with high speed of the daily life.
